Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

DBA SaaS uses third-party Large Language Models from Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI for database analysis and query optimization.

Data Sent to AI Providers: The AI Assistant feature sends your natural language questions only. The query optimization feature transmits SQL query text and query execution plans with your explicit confirmation.

Protections: No customer database content (table data, row values) is ever sent to LLM providers. Users must provide explicit consent before data sharing, and organization administrators can disable specific vendors.

AI Subprocessors: Anthropic (USA) — Claude AI models; Google Cloud Platform (USA) — Gemini AI models; OpenAI (USA) — GPT models.

Information Security

We implement reasonable physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access. Passwords are encrypted when stored, and personal data is encrypted during internet transmission. All connections between our monitoring agents and your databases are encrypted.

Information Sharing

We work with Service Providers to deliver customer support, process payments, and manage communications. These providers may only process data per our instructions and applicable confidentiality standards.

We may share information: with distribution partners; during mergers, sales, or business reorganization; when required by legal process or court orders; to investigate fraud or illegal activities; or with your consent.
